 Hear the stories behind prominent personalities from the past whose busts line Tampa’s Riverwalk. 

the Historic Monument Trail, which lines the Riverwalk was a collaboration between the Friends of the Riverwalk and the Tampa Bay History Center, which established an esteemed group of historians and experts to select honorees. Busts representing V.M. Ybor, Blanche Armwood, Henry Plant, Victoriano Manteiga, Clara Frye, Cody Fowler and 20 more were designated from 2012 through 2017. 

This four-session course takes place on Wednesdays from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. beginning October 2 at the History Center. Course dates are Oct. 2, 9, 16 & 23.

Registration is via USF/OLLI. There is no OLLI membership fee for TBHC members. Attendees receive fee valet parking at the History Center on course days.
