Supported by the Wachovia Foundation, the Community Case offers organizations the unique opportunity to tell their story within the History Center's galleries.
Currently on Exhibit:
Founded in 1850, Hillsborough Lodge #25 is the oldest Masonic Lodge in Hillsborough County. The exhibit, which features photographs of its many prominent members and objects from its 160-year history, will be on display through September.
Upcoming Exhibits:
October - November: Sacred Heart Church
December - January: Old Northeast Neighborhood Association
February - March: Tampa Bay Model Ship Society
April - May: Junior League of Tampa Bay
How It Works:
Non-profit cultural organizations, schools, and neighborhood associations are invited to participate in our Community Case program on a first come-first served basis. If selected, you will meet with the Tampa Bay History Center’s Community Outreach Manager to discuss how to effectively tell your story and what items or other materials you might want to display.
Once you have decided on a theme and selected items to include in the Community Case, you will install your exhibit with guidance from our trained staff.
